We attempt to accurately represent products we sell on the website but images may vary slightly from product shipped due to manufacturer packaging changes.

Payment
When you are finished choosing items, go to your cart and check-out to finalize your order. Provide payment and shipping information, and put any coupon code in the appropriate entry fields. Please select your shipping choice Economy Mail, Priority Mail or Express Mail.

All amounts are based on the U.S. Dollar. We reserve the right to cancel any order and give a complete refund of any money charged.

Delivery
We charge your card at the time that your order is initiated. Most items ship in within 1 business day, although you will receive an email with your tracking information when your order actually ships.

Discreet Shipping
We use boxes supplied by the US Post Office or plain clean boxes. Labels will have a return address from "Customer Service" with our post office box address.

Coupon and Discounting Policy
No more than one coupon or discount can be used on an order. Coupons and discounts can not be applied retroactively due to our accounting procedures. Please do not ask us to do so.


Refunds and Returns

We always want you to be happy with your purchases from us.  If you are ever dissatisfied for any reason, simply let us know and we will provide a postage paid return label to send the merchandise back to us.  Once we receive your return, we will refund you 100% of your purchase price.  We do not charge processing or restocking fees - we always want you to be happy with your purchases from us.  We do not provide credits or refunds on unreturned merchandise.

We're a U.S. company trading in goods that are legal in the United States. What is legal or not varies from one country to another. Whether importing /receiving something is legal in your own country can depend on your law and customs, and on postal regulations. We cannot be aware of the situation in your country, and we cannot therefore accept responsibility for items which are opened, lost, detained or seized by postal or customs authorities.
